The model
How it works
The transactions we propose originate in our relationships with asset managers, banks, funds and institutions: assets that reach us before they reach the market, and often without ever reaching it. It is the only advantage we promise, and we can promise it because it does not depend on the future but on our network.
The model is simple. The investor buys in their own name, through whatever structure they prefer; we identify the transaction, verify it, structure it and assist from acquisition to exit. We are not a party to the transaction: we are the investor's advisor, with a fee set in advance and one interest only.
The path always begins with a confidential conversation, in which we understand profile, criteria and horizon. The transactions come afterwards, and only those consistent with what has been defined. There is no list to browse: there is a mandate, and from there targeted origination.
Income-producing property
Let properties, sourced off market and selected with institutional criteria. Analysis of the tenancy, technical and contractual verification, assistance from acquisition onwards.
Value-add transactions
Transactions that require intervention, whether planning, technical or repositioning. We follow them from acquisition to exit, with the verifications each phase requires.
