A real estate advisory boutique, with offices in Rome, Naples and Milan. Two kinds of expertise that usually stay apart, held together on the same matter.
The firm
Thisavros was founded on a simple observation: the property situations genuinely worth handling are those in which the technical question and the legal one cannot be addressed separately. A stalled succession, an asset in enforcement, a conversion with a heritage listing, a loan portfolio with an underlying to verify. An agent does not touch them, a law firm does not bring them to market. We take them on in full.
The firm is deliberately compact. A core that oversees the transactional and legal fronts, and around it a selected network of surveyors, valuers, notaries, tax advisors and, on the institutional side, asset managers, banks, funds and operators, brought in as each mandate requires. Whoever builds the picture leads the execution and follows the deed: the expertise changes along the way, the point of contact does not.
Where we are
Our offices are in Rome, Via Giovanni Nicotera 29; Naples, Via Vannella Gaetani 27; and Milan, Corso Monforte 16, 20122. Engagements extend wherever needed: the criterion is not the city but the situation.
How we work
The method is the same in every area, and is described in full on its own page: a confidential first conversation, reconstruction of the picture, a written strategy, execution through a single point of contact, assistance through to the deed.
