What happens next
Your message reaches whoever will handle the mandate, not an office. We reply within one working day to arrange the first conversation, in person or remotely, usually within the week. It lasts thirty minutes and serves to understand whether the situation is one we can act on. If it is, we define scope and timing together. If it is not, we say so with the same clarity.
There is nothing to prepare. If you have a deed, a registry extract, a letter, an offer, bring it. If you have nothing, that is fine too: we start from what you know.
Confidentiality
